1864 Illinois Central Railroad Company annual Report and Accounts

Description

This is some kind of annual report for the Illinois Central Railroad Company. It is titled “REPORT AND ACCOUNTS” and is dated for the year ending in December 31, 1864.  Inside, there is some text from W.H. Osborn, President dated March 17, 1865. This report is not particularly long in terms of pages, but it has many columns of figures in tiny font.
CONDITION:
This 1864 (published 1865) report is very old and has much wear. There is noticeable discoloration from age and use, creasing to the pages. The pages themselves seem very thin and delicate, which made me feel I needed to take great care in handling these.
