READ CONDITION STATEMENT CAREFULLY, PLEASE:
Old tape repairs to the fractional remains of the original paper cover - most of that cover now gone. (The cover would have duplicated the text which is on the title page and the title page is present). Edges of first and last couple of leaves chipped but not to the point of affecting the text. Lacks small map that was originally glued to inside of front cover but TEXTUALLY COMPLETE. Fair copy only.
