This is a superior example!
It is in wonderful condition.  No pen or pencil marking or tears.  No foxing that I have seen.  There is a tiniest amount of soil on the cover (it is very light) and a  crease on the rear cover where it had been folded over at one time. The most minor of wear to edges.

The report is a
fascinating
look at commerce and wages in the time period 1921 to 1949.
