Description
Handsome fold-out 1967 Atlantic road map of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, printed more than 52 years ago.The map opens to 26½" x 18" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by Rand McNally.
Maine is on one side, with inset plans of Portland and Acadia National Park.
New Hampshire and Vermont are on the other side, with inset plans of Burlington, Concord, and Manchester.
The map was distributed by the Atlantic Richfield Company in 1967 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 676601-2.
The front cover artwork shows a uniformed attendant at an Atlantic Imperial gas pump.
The back cover shows an Atlantic service station and the company's Red Ball logo.
