    Description

Lot of 12 vintage authentic bank notes from WWII that I believe are from around 1943
The first five are noted as De Japansche Regeering and consist of two "Een", one "Tien", & two "Half Gulden"
The two "Een" & one "Tien" bills have no creases and all 4 corners look good; also very flat.
The two "Half Gulden" bills also have no creases and good corners; but both have a few small purple lines on them.
The next three are noted as Nederlandsch-Indische Gouvernementsgulden Satoe Roepiah Wettig Betaalmiddel
    Of the two "EEN" bills,
AK037891 is in excellent condition with bright coloring; AJ078142 is in fair condition showing wear and rounded corners & duller coloring
The one "EEN HALVE" (50 CENT) denomination (FA033030) is in good condition with only minor wear
    The next four
are noted as De Japansche Regeering
with three as "EEN CENT" (1 Cent) and one as "VIJF CENT" (5 Cent) all in excellent condition
The last 38 are marked as "THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT ONE CENTAVO" with a red "PT" marked on the front
Not all of these 38 bills are individually shown in the photo as they are all the same
The pictures/scans of all notes are of the actual notes you will receive.
I did a printer scan of the notes in addition to the one camera photo so you can see more of the fine detail of each
My father was in the Navy during WWII in the Pacific and brought these home with him (along with many more that I will be listing soon)
I am not an expert on paper money of this kind, so if you have any questions or would like more photos, please ask before bidding.
They don't have any stains, excessive wear, rips, or bad smells.
Payment is due within 24 hours of auction closing.
