    Description

    This phase converter has been a shop staple for several years.  It ceased to function and in opening it up, it appeared to have a blown power resistor.  The resistor was replaced but the converter still does not function.   If you are handy electronically, this is a
    bargain
    .  The converter plugs into 220 volt single phase and produces 220 volt three phase and will drive a motor up to and including 3 H.P.
