    For the year ending December 31, 1916
    On the top corner of the cover it says:  (Annual Report Form - Lessor Street Railways.)
    Part of one of the letters at the beginning of the book says:  We are sending via Adams Express, this date, Annual Report of Atlantic City and Ocean City Railroad Company to the Board of Public  Utility Commissioners, State of New Jersey, for the year ending December 31st, 1916 and which has been carefully prepared and to the best of my knowledge is ready for the
    acknowledgment
    of Mr. Kohn, President and Mr. From, Secretary as provided on page 41.  The report is a neat copy of an office copy we are holding for reference at this office....
    Ledger has alot of handwritten entries.   The center of the book is detached from the binder.

    was an electric interurban railroad running from Atlantic City, New Jersey, to Ocean City, New Jersey, by way of the mainland communities of Pleasantville, Northfield, Linwood and Somers Point
