This is a nice old advertising INK BLOTTER from the
ATLANTIC OIL COMPANY
. It advertises their White Flash Plus gasoline. It has a nice illustration of some vintage ice skaters. The blotter is 2-7/8" by 6" and in excellent condition - the back is perfectly clean except for a water stain and has not been used for blotting - See my photos for the exact condition.
