Bahamas - .50 Face Value in Banknotes (1965-2013)

Description

This auction is for a group of banknotes from the Bahamas, dated between 1965 and 2013, totaling .50 in face value (Bahamas banknotes exchange 1:1 with the US Dollar). These items are all circulated (some very heavily circulated) and have some or all of the following: very heavy folding and wear (also may have many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also may have many smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration; one with reddish ink stains, others with writing in ink; and one very badly stained); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist on many and some are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (some with surface damage); some with holes/inner tears; pieces missing due to heavy wear (one of the Dollar notes has a corner area torn away).
