Boy's Youth Medium Nike Black & Gray Basketball Athletic Shorts.  They have an elastic waist with a drawstring and two hip pockets.
They measure around 12 inches across the waist when measured on a flat surface and 19 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts.  There are a lot of snags/pills from wear on both the front and back of the shorts.  The drawstring is also frayed and fuzzy on one side and there is some loopy stitching that does not effect the shorts on one leg.  See all pics.
