Dual 20 Hp Phase Control Panel -
    Total 40 Hp
    rotary phase converter RP20Dual
Brand new dual rated rotary phase control panel with a total horsepower output of 40 hp, to be used in conjunction with a two 20hp three phase motor. With this setup you will have a total 40hp rotary phase converter, your 20hp motors should be rated at 230volt and a rpm of 17XX or 34XX. Please compare and checkout the features of this control panel.
This type of set-up is great if you have alot of three phase equipment to run. At times you might only need to run a few pieces of equipment, with this converter design you can just run the first idler motor. When your three phase loads increase, than turn on the second converter.
    Builtin push button
    start
    Builtin push button
    stop
Toggle switch for turning on and off your second idler motor,
With this setup your converter can not self start itself, if there was a power loss and the power came back on. You would need to press the start button to restart up the converter, if you had a on-off switch setup your converter and your load would try to power up at the same time....which could lead to problems with the converter or load or both. The second idler motor can not be started unless the first idler motor is started and up to speed. Both idler motors can be shut off by the push button stop button
Built in starter contactors for both idler motors
Power light for both idler motors
Heavy duty run capacitor circuits for both idler motors
Heavy duty start capacitors with discharge resistor
Voltage sensing relay that controls the starting circuit of the phase converter.
Power contactor that controls the start capacitor circuit.
Terminal block to connect to your idler motors.
Fuse block that provides protection for the control circuit
    Holding contactor
    Ground lug
