I will mail to addresses outside the US and rates are approximately double those for US postage and packing.  All items are mailed at buyer's risk and I do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post - but please note that it is very rare for an item to fail to arrive.
I am not a dealer and generally do not have the time to enter into discussions about the nature of specific items.  I apologize that sometimes queries are not answered.  Feedback is normally done on a Monday.
