A spectator is asked to name aloud his choice of a card.  The performer explains that by his own dictation and will the chosen card will vanish from the deck, and it does!  Spectator deals every card in the deck but fails to find the one he named.  Only 51 cards remain plus a blank face card, which replaces the named card.
Performer now produces the missing card from his pocket.  But wait.  Upon turning over the blank face card and the spectator's named card the two card back designs' are seen to match.  But when the rest of the cards are all turned face down.  All the back designs are completely different.
