Box Part # = 850891 / GTL-10
Version 1: Underside of cap is stamped AC GTL-10
Version 2: Underside of cap is stamped AC
Note:  Version 2 (Pic #6 & Pic #7) has a slightly different flip up door design (the flip up door is smooth or flush, as opposed to a protruding circle as seen in Pic #3 -- Also, there is an added spring, and this door cannot keep itself in the open position
