This is a Texaco Gas station attendant Fat Man plastic bank. It is marked Save Your Dough Bob Shriver.
It is 4 7/8" tall.
It has some wear. The decal has wear as shown in the photos. There is a tiny crack along the seam above his left ear. And minor separation of the two halves at the top.
